Master came home this "weekend". He came home Thursday night and went home tonight. It's not exactly a weekend but when one of you is home sporadically and the other of you works retail, a couple of days together still feels like a weekend. Truth be told, I'm off until Tuesday while Master starts work again tomorrow.
The kidlets are still away so we had the house to ourselves which was wonderful. One thing that Master and I love is having some recharge time without kids around and I was a bit sad that his being away this summer would mean we wouldn't get to enjoy that this year. Its true that we haven't had as much alone time as we would have liked but you make do with what you get.
We got to play a bit Thursday night and last night as well. I had some discipline coming my way for a few things that Master wished had been done differently over the past week and a half-ish. We also had some incredibly rough sex. We love breath play and there were a couple of times where Master choked me out. Once was incredibly disorienting but wonderful all the same.
I find that when he takes me out fast I tend to be very confused when I wake up since I have no memory of actually being choked out. This has only happened two or three times since we started incorporating breath play. One was on the couch and I thought I had fallen asleep. Another was in the kitchen near the stairs and I had no memory of Master even choking me. The third was Thursday night and it led to some very confused thoughts and memories when I came to. Master held me though and helped me calm down.
Friday night we went to see the movie "The Secret Life of Pets" which was absolutely hilarious and made my inner child very, very happy. It was a nice way to cap off a closing shift at work. We came home and had a nice, relaxing evening. I have needed to relax for a while and this was a great way to blow off some steam.
Today Master and I went fishing and I totally outfished him. I caught seven and Master caught one. A couple of mine were large enough to eat but quite a few of them got tossed back. My two biggest were a pike and a bass and both were tasty. Of course, I got to bring them home, clean them, fillet them and then cook them.We ended up needing to get some other stuff to go with the fish and had an amazing meal of mussels steamed in beer, salad and pan fried fish.
It was hard to see Master leave this time. He's going to be away for 16 days this time unlike before when he has only been gone a few days to a week at a time. The good news is that when he comes home next it will mean we are on the home stretch and there will be less than a month until he is done. I'm hoping that if I keep telling myself I can get through this, I'll actually start to believe what I am telling myself.
