Wanting to be More Active

I don't know whether it's because I'm finally feeling settled where Master and I are living or whether it is the fast slide into spring that has me feeling energetic but I'm definitely wanting to be more active. Not physically or sexually active, more that I want to be active in the BDSM scene where we are living.

I'm excited. I asked Master and he said we can go to an orientation session at a local dungeon. I've been to play parties once or twice over the years and used to attend a munch on a semi-regular basis and it was always a LOT of fun. Then, I moved away and relocated to a much smaller town and just lost touch with that side of things. I miss it. A lot.

I was just as happy not to go to munches where I was living. It was a very small town and people there, even people in the kink community, often don't know when to keep their mouths shut. It also wasn't overly accepting of different lifestyles. Because of that, Master and I opted to keep to ourselves. We attended one or two get togethers of the munch I used to go to, but those times were few and far between.

I'm hoping that this means Master and I will get to play more. I don't know how he'll feel about doing so publicly, mind you, since he prefers to keep things fairly quiet and private but who knows. It's a good start, anyway.
