It's a really rainy night here tonight and it's hard to imagine that in two days it will be Christmas. The holidays feel a little weird this year. The kiddos aren't here, family isn't here, it's just Master and I. On one hand I really don't mind that. The house is decorated, the tree is up and the gifts are bought and wrapped. On the other hand as I listen to the rain washing against the windows and hear the wind blowing I have a hard time feeling like it's December.
Tonight it's pizza and binge watching television shows. I have a little writing to do and should be doing some studying as well but I'm not sure I'll get to that. Tomorrow is likely to be much the same. Writing, tv, downtime. Life has been really hectic and stressful so I'll take this whenever I can get it.
